Asean Charter Faces Five Challenges, Says Law Expert

BANGKOK, Jan 10 (Bernama) -- The emergence of the Asean Charter that could help to set Asean on a more certain footing and become a full-fledged regional organisation like the European Union (EU) will depend on how it can address and overcome five challenges, said a prominent law expert.
